We are pleased to welcome you to WIN. This organization has had a significant influence on the disability services field for nearly 40 years.
Built on the philosophy of Gentle Teaching, we emphasize professional standards, ethics, dignity, and respect in all that we do.

Who Are We?
WIN is a registered charitable non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board and administered by an Executive Director.
We employ over 75 staff supporting approximately 50 individuals, including adults and children with developmental delays, physical disabilities, brain injury, and other disabilities.
